How our vetting gate works
This is the same readiness check every worker profile carries internally — not a marketing recreation of it. Until every one of these nine documents is verified and in date, our booking system will not allow that worker onto a shift. Not “shouldn’t” — can’t.
- Documents are verified by a named member of staff — an upload alone never counts.
- Expiry dates are tracked automatically; anything expiring within 30 days is flagged daily and chased before it lapses.
- If a document lapses mid-booking, the worker is flagged on our board the same day — we tell you, and we cover the gap.
