Registered Manager vacancies run at the highest rate of any role in adult social care, and everything in a home flows from that office. We run permanent search for Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, and senior care staff as a first-class service: a structured shortlist from our network, interviews coordinated end to end, and a guarantee period on every placement.

How the fee works — no surprises

  • · A percentage of first-year salary, agreed in writing before any CV is sent — nothing is owed until a candidate you chose starts.
  • · Every placement carries a guarantee period: if the hire leaves early, the rebate terms in your Terms of Business apply automatically.
  • · Hiring one of our temps permanently uses the same transparent route — the temp-to-perm fee is in the Terms of Business from day one, so it’s never an awkward conversation.
