You're paid PAYE through our specialist payroll partner, which holds full FCSA and APSCo compliance accreditation — tax and National Insurance handled, pension auto-enrolment, holiday pay on every hour, and statutory sick pay from day one of absence. Every deduction itemised plainly on your payslip.

Shifts you choose

Offers come to your portal with the home, role, times, and day/night pattern clear at a glance. Accept or decline with one tap — declining never puts you at the back of any queue.

Tell us which days you generally work and we offer shifts that fit. No 6am calls about shifts you'd never take.

We work with a curated group of London homes and visit the buildings we staff. If a placement isn't right, tell us — we act on it.

What we’ll ask of you

Our promise to homes is that nobody unvetted ever reaches a rota — that’s also what protects your professional reputation on every shift. Before your first placement we’ll verify these nine things, and we handle the chasing, renewals, and reminders so a lapsed certificate never costs you work.
